Leadership Mentoring Support:
Stepping into school leadership can be both rewarding and challenging. To support colleagues who are new to leadership roles—whether as Headteachers or senior leaders—we offer dedicated 1:1 mentoring.
Mentoring offers a more collaborative and long‑term approach to professional growth. Unlike coaching, which is often short‑term and solution‑focused, mentoring draws on the mentor’s own experience, providing guidance, perspective and hard earned shared professional wisdom over time.
Mentoring operates within the same ethical framework as our coaching programmes, ensuring sessions are confidential, respectful and grounded in professional integrity.
