Mercia Coaching was created to offer experienced coaching, supervision and mentoring for school leaders who are navigating the ever‑changing demands of modern education.

The confidential, performance‑focused 1:1 sessions we offer help leaders strengthen their confidence, clarify their thinking and, above all, feel able to thrive in their roles.

The coaching sessions are a calm, dedicated space to pause, reflect, and unpack the challenges being faced and decisions being made. A place to step back from the noise and concentrate on what is needed.
